Cancellation Policy
Adeva follows a strict cancellation policy and requires a credit card number to hold all appointments.
Canceled and missed appointments directly affect the livelihood of our service providers. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you must call the salon and notify us within 48 hours of your appointment time. 50% percent of the service will be charged to the credit card on file for cancelation after 48 hours and full service cost will be charged to any missed appointment without notice. This policy also applies to services scheduled within the 48 hour window. You will receive a confirmation reminder 2-3 days prior to your scheduled appointment to help avoid any scheduling issues.

Adjustment Policy
Adeva takes pride in our in giving our clients the best experience possible. We strive to give a thorough consultation in order to understand all needs and expectations with every service. If you feel that expressed needs and expectations were not met, we are happy to provide a complementary adjustment with your original service provider. In order to receive the adjustment, Adeva must be contacted within the following time parameters:
Color and Haircuts- 1 week post appointment
Nails - 3 days post appointment
